The mission of Good Food Cooking School really began in 2009, when founder and former veggie-phobe Heather Crosby started the website YumUniverse in an effort to share plant-based recipe discoveries that were helping her heal from myriad health issues.
After creating the YumUniverse and YumUniverse Pantry to Plate cookbooks, she was ready for a more robust platform to share recipes and resources—GFCS is the next evolution of her work.
Good Food Cooking School is a robust platform packed with exclusive recipes and comprehensive courses to help you learn how to confidently cook and bake more often. It’s designed to support and inspired you for the long-term.
