What if I eat eggs/dairy?
That’s fine with us, but if you want to add more delicious gluten-free dessert recipes that are also egg- and dairy-free to your menu rotation, this is a perfect bundle for you.

I’m on a sugar-free diet, will this course work for me?
It can. Almost all of the recipes in this bundle can be made with monkfruit sweetener and/or natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup.

Are the recipes grain-free/Paleo?
This course uses whole-grain ingredients in a few recipes and therefore may not be the best fit for our Paleo and grain-free friends. We provide lots of substitutions though if you want to make the recipes your own with variations.

Are the recipes vegan?
We call for cane sugar in some recipes (but you can sub for monkfruit, honey, or maple syrup) so choose vegan cane sugar if you prefer. Otherwise, all recipes qualify as “vegan.” No dairy. No eggs.

Do the recipes use nuts?
A few of our ice cream recipes call for nuts or almond flour, but we provide substitutions when we can.

Do the recipes use rice?
One recipe calls for rice flour, but we can/do provide substitutions or alternatives when possible.

Do the recipes use coconut?
Our favorite dairy-free ice cream base is coconut based and all of our recipes are coconut-based, but we do have a coconut-free base that you can use with all of our recipes if you prefer an alternative.

Are there any live components?
No. We have designed this bundle so there are no live components—this is so you can learn stress-free when and where it works for you.


Can I use My iPad/Tablet?
Yes! The entire bundle is designed to be user friendly, working on any device you’re using. Learn the way that’s most convenient for you, when it’s convenient for you.

Can I download the videos?
Sorry, our system doesn’t allow for the downloading of videos. Rest assured however that you can login and access your account and the bundle as much as you need to while your account is active.

Can I give the bundle as a gift?
How sweet of you, yes! You can add a gift certificate when you enroll, buy a gift certificate solo, or you can enroll on someone’s behalf.

What currency is the bundle price?
$USD—your financial institution(s) will handle conversions.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the entirely electronic nature of the bundle materials and the platform, there are no refunds.
