Everyday Fermented Foods is a bite-sized, 15-recipe fermentation basics course designed for all eaters. This course brings new flavors, ingredients, variety, and a little magic to your life by teaching you the basics of creating probiotic-rich fermented foods.

Learning how to ferment foods can be fun and stress-free. This course doesn’t require zoom calls or live schedules to keep up with. We’ve designed it so once you enroll, you can login and learn when you want. And you also have access to the course as long as you want it.

We designed the Everyday Fermented Foods course for newbie fermenters, busy people, insatiable eaters, and home cooks who simply want to learn new techniques to enhance and preserve foods without a lot of fuss. This course is a great starting point for fermented-food creation, and it’s designed to make everyone at the table happy whether they realize they love fermented foods yet or not.
