Instead of watching video lessons for this module, you’ll be putting your know-how and cooking skills into practice with Practice Recipes only—they are your lessons.

You’ve already learned how to make a few snacks so far. Now, let’s add more reliable classics to your cooking toolbox. As always, we’ll provide loads of tips as you go so you can change up these recipes depending on what you have or what your food mood is. We’ll also show you how to batch cook and remix these recipes for different variations.

2: Snacks & Toppings Lesson Recap

Your Lesson Recap will be your personal inputs of progress (photo and written). Grab your cooking journal, prepare at least one Practice Recipe, then complete this recap.

You must complete the recap to complete the module and eventually the course.

Practice Recipes

Recommended: prepare a minimum of 1 recipe

Practice cooking skills with Practice Recipes. Remember to always read the entire recipe before preparing it so you have the right ingredients on hand and the tools you need to make it effortless. Remember your friend mise en place, and season to taste as you go.

Cauliflower Tots

Crunchy, flavorful tots that are great on their own, and they’d also pair very well with any of the Sauces & Dressings that you’ve learned how to make so far (hint, hint). Batch cook and freeze for future snacks and party appetizers!

Toasted PB&J Amazeballs

A toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwich is oozy, salty sweetness—pure nostalgia. With this recipe, you get all of those flavors in an easy, crunchy, travel-friendly snack. Pack them for post workout, for the office, for travel, or serve them at home.

Seeded Crackers

Flavorful crackers that are great for snacking, plunging into soups and stews, spreading with dips, or crumbling into salads for extra crunch.
